Project Management Techniques originally founded in South Africa in the '90's, has been responsible for a number of successful construction, commercial, social and IT projects.

 

Our Goals

 

PMTL uses advanced software and organisational techniques to proactively and successfully manage projects from initiation through to completion.

 

Hands-on planning and control systems are used to ensure that all projects, (regardless of their size and complexity),

• achieve the required quality standards 
• have effective cost controls
• are completed on time.

Emphasis is placed on the need for the project to be successful for all of the stakeholders involved and for there to be effective communication and reporting throughout the life cycle of the project.
