Project Management Techniques Ltd uses advanced software and organisational techniques to proactively and successfully manage projects from conception through to completion.
Hands-on planning and control systems are used to ensure that all projects, regardless of their size and complexity, achieve the required quality standards, have effective cost controls and are completed on time.
Emphasis is placed on the need for the project to be successful for all of the stakeholders involved and for there to be effective communication and reporting throughout the life cycle of the project.
In order to achieve our goals of successful project delivery, we offer an end-to-end service commencing with the development of the business case, defining the needs and the benefits, implementation and control of the project through to business continuity to ensure that the clients needs are realised.
In addition to using worldwide best practice methods, all the project management processes and methodology used by PMTL are based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®) from the Project Management Institute (PMI®) in the USA and consists of the following main processes:
- Initial Client liaison and briefing
- Project initiation and scoping
- Project planning, risk identification, quality assurance and programming
- Project execution
- Control of the project and client reporting
- Closing out of the project and debriefing
